Hot rice, sesame seeds, seaweed, pickled plums, a little salt, a little water
Methods
1. Spread a spoonful of hot rice, sprinkle sesame seeds and seaweed crumbs and mix it well, and put a pickled plum inside.
2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt and a little water on your hands, and shape the rice into a circle, or a triangle.
3. Wrap a strip of seaweed around the outside, or leave it on.
Tips
The rice can be mixed with whatever you want, the easiest is to not mix anything, just sprinkle some salt on it!
