Steamed Vermicelli
Ingredients: Vermicelli, Eggs, Ham, Bok Choy, Garlic
Steps:
1. Soften Vermicelli in advance, wash Bok Choy, slice Ham, chopped Garlic and spare
2. Scramble the eggs and spare them, stir fry Garlic in the wok, put in the bok choy, ham, add the eggs, put the Vermicelli, add ? tsp soy sauce + ? tsp light soy sauce + tbsp oyster sauce. Stir fry evenly can be out of the pan
