The practice and steps of cupcakes
Before you start making cupcakes, you should first preheat the oven to a proper temperature. Usually, cupcakes need to be baked at 175- 180 degrees Celsius (350-360 degrees Fahrenheit). Preheating the oven can ensure that the batter starts baking immediately when it enters the oven, so as to obtain better baking effect.

The materials needed to make a small cake include: low-gluten flour, sugar, eggs, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract and so on. Make sure that all the ingredients are prepared according to the proportion in the recipe and are at an appropriate temperature. For example, butter should be softened to room temperature to better mix with batter.

In a large bowl, stir the softened butter and sugar together until it is light and fluffy. Next, add the eggs one by one and stir thoroughly after each egg is added. Then, mix the flour and baking powder evenly, sieve them into the butter and sugar egg paste, and gently stir until the batter is smooth. Finally, add vanilla extract or other flavoring agents and gently stir well.

Place the cupcake molds on the baking tray, and then evenly distribute the batter into each mold. When filling the mold, be careful not to overfill it, and usually fill it to 2/3 to 3/4 of the mold. Overfilling may cause the cake to overflow the mold during baking.

Put the mold filled with batter into the preheated oven and bake it according to the suggested time in the recipe. Usually, cupcakes need to be baked for 20-25 minutes. During the baking process, we should pay attention to the color and swelling of the cake to ensure that it will not be over-baked or burnt. When the surface of the cake is golden yellow and the toothpick can be inserted into the center of the cake and pulled out cleanly, the oven can be taken out.

Take the baked cupcakes out of the oven and put them on the baking net to cool for a few minutes. They can then be transferred to a cooling rack for complete cooling. After completely cooling, it can be decorated according to personal preference, such as sprinkling powdered sugar, adding fruit or cream, etc.
