How to make beef offal powder?

Ingredients: beef offal, beef brisket, rice noodles.

Method:

7. Turn into a casserole (a rice cooker can also be used, I see many rice noodle shops make rice cookers), add boiling water, simmer for an hour and a half, then add beef offal.

(Because I bought cooked beef offal, I put it in later to prevent it from becoming too soft. If it is raw, it can be stir-fried with the beef offal.)

8. Season with salt Finally, continue to simmer for an hour, then turn off the heat and add the MSG.

9. The rice noodles are cooked.

10. Pour the beef offal soup and add coriander. If you like it spicy, you can add some chili oil.
