Later: 200ml of milk, 2 pieces of snacks (flour10-20g).
Note: The daily consumption is about 0/50-200g of grain, 60g of meat, 200g of vegetables, 400ml of milk and proper amount of oil and sugar.
Monday
Breakfast: soybean milk, gold and silver rolls, bean curd with soy sauce.
Chinese food: noodles with noodles (pork, shrimp skin, eggs, tomatoes) and shredded tofu.
Dinner: fried and smoked sliced meat, Chinese cabbage, soft rice and spinach soup.
Tuesday
Breakfast: milk, oil and salt rolls, and meat floss.
Chinese food: minced tofu, stir-fried persimmon pepper, egg and tomato soup, soft rice.
Dinner: pork fennel buns, mixed with Jiang Dou.
Wednesday
Breakfast: Rice and mung bean porridge, Melaleuca cake and spiced dried bean curd.
Chinese food: steamed stuffed bun (pork, leek, shrimp, eggs) and cucumber soup.
Dinner: Fried lentils with sliced meat, roasted loofah with yuba, soft rice and bean curd soup.
Thursday
Breakfast: milk, bean paste buns and peanuts.
Chinese food: chicken nuggets, diced eggplant with minced meat, winter melon soup and soft rice.
Dinner: bone soup wonton, vegetarian fried wormwood stalks, and steamed buns.
Friday
Breakfast: millet porridge, steamed bread and salted duck eggs.
Chinese food: beef and potato pieces, tomatoes and melon, soybean soup and soft rice.
Dinner: moo Shu pork (pork, eggs, yellow flowers, black fungus), steamed bread and loofah soup.
Saturday
Breakfast: milk, roll with sugar and sesame sauce, shredded pickles.
Chinese food: Sanxian dumplings (minced meat, leeks, eggs, shrimp)
Dinner: bean curd at the end of liver, vegetable stir-fried core, cabbage soup and soft rice.
Sunday
Breakfast: cornmeal porridge, sugar packets and meat floss.
Chinese food: red-cooked chicken, dried shrimps and winter melon soup, and soft rice.
Dinner: noodle soup (eggs, Chinese cabbage, minced meat), braised pork and rolls with sesame sauce.
In addition to three meals, you can also add snacks such as fruits at around 10 in the morning and 3-4 in the afternoon.
