Cook pork, preferably pork belly, and slice it after cooking. When the pan is hot, pour in oil and saute with onion, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry the cut meat with Sichuan Pixian bean paste. Stir-fry garlic sprouts, onions and green peppers.
Braised pork should not be too spicy or too sweet. Stewed for a long time is not greasy at all.
