Tools/materials: crab, ginger, vinegar, garlic.

1. Choose fresh live crabs.

2. First cut off the white silk on the crab and the rubber band binding the crab.

3. Wash the crabs.

4. Add an appropriate amount of cold water to the steamer, place the crabs in the steamer with their belly facing up and their shells facing down. Place a piece of ginger slices on top of the crabs to remove the fishy smell.
