The method of watermelon popsicle
The method of glutinous rice paste: 30 grams of glutinous rice flour, 30 grams of butter and appropriate amount of water.
Dilute glutinous rice flour into glutinous rice paste with a little water in a bowl. Then pour the glutinous rice paste into the pot, add about a small bowl of water and stir well. Turn on the low heat and stir while cooking to prevent the pan from burning. Cook for about two minutes until it becomes transparent paste. Cool for later use
2. Put the cooled glutinous rice paste in a bowl, add butter, and stir until the butter and glutinous rice paste are completely blended.
The method of popsicle: remove the watermelon meat (1 bowl), sugar and glutinous rice paste.
3. Put the watermelon into the cooking machine, add sugar (you can add more if you like sweetness, I added two teaspoons) and make watermelon juice.
4. Pour the glutinous rice paste into the beaten watermelon juice and beat it again. Pour it into the popsicle mold and freeze it for four or five hours.
