0 1 peeled peas, washed and drained, and washed tofu.
Heat the pot, add the right amount of oil, put the peas in the pot, and stir-fry twice on low heat.
Put the tofu in the pot and turn it gently.
Mix two spoonfuls of yellow rice wine and half a spoonful of soy sauce, pour into the pot, stir-fry and color, and make it lighter. Tofu is tender and crisp.
Add half a bowl of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes, let the tofu taste, and add a little salt to taste.
Turn off the heat when there is not much soup in the pot.
