Practice:
1. Eggplant cut into strips and put into a steamer to be cooked; garlic minced, green onions cut into scallions, green and red pepper minced.
2. Boil peanut oil, poured into the bowl of dry red pepper, the bowl poured into the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chicken essence, a little salt and sugar and pepper oil sauce.
