Frozen storage method of fresh beans
Beans can be frozen directly. Non-toxic, raw beans can be eaten after freezing. Take them out of the refrigerator one hour in advance and let them thaw naturally. But when cooking beans, you should pay attention to cooking them thoroughly to prevent poisoning. Freezing it directly and taking it out has lost a lot of water, and the beans will dry up. Lost its original color, fried beans are not as good-looking as fresh beans, and the taste is not as good as fresh beans. Beans are usually stored in plastic bags or fresh-keeping bags for 5 to 7 days, but after a long time, brown spots will gradually appear, which is not beautiful. If you want to keep it longer, you'd better wash it, blanch it with salt water to drain it, and then put it in the refrigerator for freezing. But remember to drain the water so that the frozen beans won't stick together.
