The method of frying dried noodles
Boil the water, then simmer, cook the vermicelli for eight minutes, take it out, soak it in cold water, drop a proper amount of sesame oil after the noodles are cold, and stir to prevent the noodles from sticking.
Heat a pan, pour a little oil, and add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and green pepper rings. I used morning pepper and Hangzhou pepper. Explode incense.
Add diced ham and green vegetables, stir-fry, turn off the heat, smoke, and 2-3 spoonfuls of Laoganma sauce. Add a small amount of water. Medium fire.
When the soup is thick, add noodles and turn off the heat and stir fry.
Noodles are fully juiced and served.
