Snow pears with rock sugar are usually simmered for 1 hour. The common method is as follows:
Preparation materials: 2 pears, 4 wolfberries, 1500 ml of water, 1 rock sugar
< p>1. First remove the outer skin of the snow pear, as shown in the picture below:2. Then use a spoon to hollow out the core of the snow pear, as shown in the picture below:
3. Add water to the casserole, put the rock sugar and pears into the casserole and simmer over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about an hour;

5. Finally, put it into a bowl and serve it.
