Braised drunken snails are made of drunken snails, soy sauce, edible oil, onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, vegetable oil, cooking wine and sugar.
Production steps:
1. Wash the drunken snails and put them in a bowl for later use;
2. Add cooking oil to the pot, then add onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, star anise and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes;
3. Put the drunken mud snail into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, and stir fry for 20 minutes;
4. Open the lid, add a small amount of sugar, cover the lid and bake for 20 minutes to complete the production.
