7. Add rock sugar and cook until the rock sugar dissolves.

8. Pour the boiled almond milk into a flat-bottomed container, cool it, cover it, and put it in the refrigerator until it is solidified.

9. When eating, cut into small pieces, pour a little osmanthus, or pour some juice, honey or some fruit.
