I lose weight mainly by changing my eating habits to change my physique and weight. The rice noodles we eat now are mainly carbohydrates, and the human body only needs 50 grams of carbohydrates every day. So we basically eat too much rice and flour every day. I checked some nutrition information and beauty methods of Hong Kong ladies, and finally worked out a very simple weight loss method for myself, and the effect was OK!
The method is as follows:
Drink mainly fruit and vegetable juice every morning, noon and evening. If the economy permits, add vitamin c 2 tablets, vitamin B3 tablets, calcium magnesium tablets and two spoonfuls of protein powder at a time.
The juice formula is as follows:
1 carrots, cucumbers, celery and apples
2 cucumber celery apple pepper bitter gourd
Carrots and oranges
4 wax gourd
Drink these kinds of fruit and vegetable juices according to your hobbies. Don't drink juice for the first three days, eat fruit and milk (don't eat staple food) until you are not hungry. Don't worry, your body will accept this eating habit in three days, and then you can start drinking juice, and you can drink several cups at a time. Meanwhile, drink plenty of water! Wish you success!
