Preparation
Ingredients: 1 potato about 200g. Seasoning: 3 peppercorns, 2 dried chili peppers, garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp chicken broth, 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/4 tsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1/4 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp salad oil.
How to make it:
1: Shred the potatoes and run them under cool water to remove the starch
2: Boil a pot of water, add the potatoes into the boiling water and blanch them until they are matured. 3: Add the shredded carrots and peppers, blanch them for a minute and remove them from the pot, then rinse under cool water and dry them well
Then add the garlic paste, salt, chili oil, rice vinegar, and sugar, mix well to make it even. Mix well
