Lemon passion fruit chicken claws
Ingredients:
1 catty of chicken claws, 1 lemon, 2 passion fruits, 1 spoon of rice vinegar, 2 spoons of soy sauce, cilantro, onion, ginger and garlic in moderation, 5 small chili peppers, 1g of peppercorns, 2 star anise, cinnamon 1 piece, 3 slices of sesame seeds, 15g of salt, 2 spoons of fruit vinegar (no may not be put with the vinegar and sugar instead), 1 spoon of cooking wine.
Practice:
1, chicken claws washed, soaked for more than 2 hours to deodorize, and then cut off the nails. Then cut into two sections.
2, green onion, ginger, garlic and chili pepper cut, lemon slices buckle and remove the seeds.
