1. Sandy storage: mainly suitable for newly returned intact bamboo shoots without peeling. Put the picked bamboo shoots on the beach with the top facing up. Then cover the buds with wet sand. Put bamboo shoots in a cool and ventilated place. Frequent sandblasting can keep the room moist. This method is to preserve bamboo shoots in moist soil, which can reduce water loss and fibrosis and keep them fresh for 1-2 months.
2, sealed storage: suitable for a small number of bamboo shoots. Put unshelled bamboo shoots into jars, cans or plastic bags, sprinkle a little water to seal them, and place them in a cool and ventilated place.
3, low temperature storage: less dosage. Bamboo shoots stored in this way may go bad when eaten again. Refrigerate a small amount of bamboo shoots in plastic bags or plastic wrap for one week. Or peel bamboo shoots, wash them, cut them into strips, cook them, drain them and put them in the refrigerator 1 year. But this method can't preserve the taste of bamboo shoots well, and the taste will change.
4. Dehydration storage: cooking storage method is adopted. Peel off the shells of fresh bamboo shoots, then cook them in a pot, spread the cooked bamboo shoots in a clean basket and hang them in a ventilated place for about seven to fifteen days. Or put the cooked food on a fire resistance to dry, then cool it to room temperature and seal it in a fresh-keeping bag.
