Required ingredients:
Glutinous rice: 15kg
Rice wine: 10kg
Wine cake pills: six (I used Shanghai wine cake pills)
Steps are as follows:
Step 1: Steam glutinous rice in a rice cooker, and put a little more water into it than regular white rice.
