2. Preparation before going to bed

Some friends drink tea and coffee late at night... As a result, they consume too much caffeine, which makes them high and doesn't allow them to sleep.

3. Sleeping methods
One of the methods I use most often is to relax my eyes! This is what a doctor friend of mine taught me.

You will enter a relatively peaceful state and fall asleep faster.
