Sauce: 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, a little sugar substitute, green pepper, a little warm water and a few drops of sesame oil.
Exercise:
1. Marinate beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp dried vegetables for 10 minutes, and then fry for later use.
2. Stir-fry vegetables and put them on beef rice.
3. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
