Stewed abalone with potatoes.
Formula: abalone, potato, chopped green onion, ginger, aniseed, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar.
1. Abalone is shelled and cleaned, and a flower knife is punched on the plane.
2. fry the potatoes first, without frying.
3. fry until brown.
4. Prepare seasoning.
5. Heat oil in the bottom of the pot, add 1 aniseed and stir fry until fragrant.
6. Add onion and ginger.
7. Cook soy sauce and oyster sauce.
8. Add potatoes and stir well, add water without potatoes, cover the pot and boil, then turn to low heat and stew until it is half cooked.
9. Add abalone, salt and sugar to taste. Continue to stew for 5 ~ 8 minutes (depending on the size of abalone)
