Tips
1. First of all, you must have a piece of it. Good mutton, if it is a lamb fed with ordinary feed, you must add spices when cooking, otherwise it will have a strange smell
2. I did not weigh the specific weight of the mutton, it was just an estimate. Anyway, I used a whole Lamb chops
3. The mutton soup after cooking the meat is very delicious. Don’t waste it. Skim off the floating oil and use it to cook mutton noodles, mutton steamed buns, and sprinkle with green onion and coriander
