Ingredients: a little orange meat, orange juice 15g, 25g low-gluten flour, one egg and 5g corn oil.
Steps:
1. Beat the whole egg to a sharp angle.
2. Add flour, corn oil and orange juice and stir until there are no particles.
3. Brush the non-staple food oil in the steaming bowl, spread the oil paper, sprinkle a layer of orange meat and pour in the batter!
4. Cover with plastic wrap, pierce the hole, steam in cold water for 25 minutes, and stuffy for 3 minutes!
5. Cool and demould to eat!
