I have learned all three, and Spanish is the most used country, with simple grammar and standardized pronunciation. Spanish is the first choice for learning Latin languages. French and Portuguese are spoken in relatively few countries and populations (although this is not the reason for choosing whether to learn or not). Especially, French grammar is more complicated, verb inflections are more varied, there is an abnormal number system, and pronunciation rules are more complicated. It is recommended to be psychologically prepared.
