2. Red bell peppers, green garlic, ginger cut and spare.
3. Blanch the crab meat mushrooms and strain them (add a little salt to the water).
4. Shrimp with a little cornstarch and mix well
5. Start a frying pan, burst the ginger.
6. Pour in the shrimp and stir fry
7. Add the crabmeat mushrooms and stir fry for a few seconds
8. Add the garlic and stir fry for a few seconds, add a little salt to taste.
9. Add red bell peppers and stir-fry a few more times, turn off the heat and serve.
