The pinecone is shaped like a spire, 6- 10 cm long and 3 cm wide. Its surface has a back shell, similar to layered scales. When the pinecone is immature, it is mostly turquoise or light gray, with an inverted cone shape and scales-like cracks. When it is fully mature, its color will turn brown, and the scales on it will split outward to expose the seeds.
Pine cone, also known as pine cone, is the seed of Pinaceae. When mature, pine nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. It is very nutritious. Can be eaten with most foods, but not overeating, so as not to feel unwell.
