Put a little bit of sesame oil in the frying pan, put in the white pepper (I don't have any, so I put in the white pepper) and the whole garlic, stir fry for a while and set aside. Boil water in a crock pot, and when it boils, add the chicken and sauteed garlic. (You can add a little more pepper to the soup at this point.) Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for fifty to one hour (don't stir during this time! Fish off the foam can be)
After an hour, a small bowl with a small half of the bowl of chicken soup, add two tablespoons of rice wine, with the other half of the chopped garlic before the other half of the garlic into a blender to break up the spare.
Pour the garlic mixture into the crockpot. Add a tablespoon or two of fish sauce (depending on the amount of chicken broth you have), a pinch of salt (to taste test and see if you want to add more), and a small bowl of chopped green onions (more is better) and you're good to go! Enjoy! (>^ω^<) It's super easy!

Tips
Archie also put winter powder into it, I didn't. If you like winter noodles, you can add them directly to the chicken broth when it is ready and cook them with the right amount of garlic sauce and mix well, then spread them on the bottom of the soup bowl.
