First, soak cowpea in water for a period of time to remove residual pesticides.
Chili oil is fresh. Make some vegetable oil yourself. Remember to put some shallots, fragrant leaves and fennel when frying oil. When frying, bring the shallots, fragrant leaves and fennel, just heat the oil, add some white sesame seeds and pour them into the sea pepper noodles. Fresh oil is made from red pepper.
Cut the washed cowpea into sections and put it in a pot for about 8 minutes.

All kinds of ingredients are served. I used soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper oil, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, a little seasoning salt, garlic paste and oil pepper. Finally, pour all the ingredients on the chopped cowpea.
