Steps
1. Prepare various raw materials.
2. Boil water in a wok, add vermicelli and blanch until cooked.
3. Take out the vermicelli and put it in a basin of cold water immediately.
4. Cut celery into sections and set aside.
5. Slice the pork, chop green onion and minced ginger and set aside.
6. Heat the oil in the wok, add the pork, chopped green onion, and minced ginger and stir-fry together. Add soy sauce and pepper powder to taste.
7. Add celery and stir-fry until it changes color.
8. Add vermicelli, season with refined salt, and stir-fry until mature.
9. Add a little MSG and serve.
Tips
After blanching the vermicelli, place it in a basin of cold water immediately to avoid clumping. The celery I used was very tender celery cores and was not blanched. If it is just ordinary celery, blanch it in boiling water before frying.
