Black Bean Sauce for Steamed Fish
Recipe Directions:
1.Remove scales and viscera from Mandarin Fish and wash it.
2. Cut diagonal knives on both sides of the fish.
3. Put it on a plate and drizzle with cooking wine.
4. Sprinkle with green onion and ginger and marinate for 20 minutes.
5. Place in a steamer.
6. Cover and steam on high heat for 12 minutes.
7. Slice green onion and ginger finely.
8. Take out the steamed Mandarin fish, pour off the broth, take off the green onion and ginger.
9. Sprinkle some more shredded green onion and ginger.
10.Pour a spoonful of hot oil.
11. Pour on the steamed fish soy sauce.
Recipe Tips:
1, the time of steaming fish should be decided according to the size of fish.
2, clean up the fish do not steam immediately, slightly marinated in flavor before steaming.
3, no steamed fish soy sauce can be used instead of Mentamide.
