Ingredients: 220g cooked pumpkin, 75g sugar, glutinous rice flour160g.
1, peeled and steamed pumpkin.
2. Add sugar.
3. Press the pumpkin puree with a spoon.
4. Add glutinous rice flour and mix well.
5. Knead into a smooth dough.
6. Divide into 8 parts on average and knead evenly.
7. Heat in a non-stick pan, brush a layer of oil and add pumpkin powder cake.
8. Fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
