Tips

Use a non-stick pan. The fire cannot be turned on too high. And the peanuts were roasted in the oven for the first time. As a result, the heat was uneven and many of them turned black. Later, I used some cashew nuts instead. Next time, I would be more at ease with roasted peanuts.
