1. Wash adzuki beans and soak for 7-8 hours. 2. Wash glutinous rice and black rice and soak for 5-6 hours. 3. Wash the leaves, boil them for 30 minutes, and then soak them in cold water. 4. Wash the bamboo tube and soak it in cold water.

Take out the soaked glutinous rice, black rice and adzuki beans, mix them and put them in a basin.

Tie the lower end of the bamboo tube tightly with cotton thread.

Put the mixed rice into the bamboo tube with a spoon, and beat the bamboo tube from time to time to make the rice in the bamboo tube more substantial. After filling, cover the upper end of the bamboo tube with zongzi leaves and tie them tightly with cotton thread.

Put the tightly tied bamboo tube into a pressure cooker, add the water that has passed through the bamboo tube, fire, boil and cook for 35-40 minutes.
