In order to guide people on reasonable nutrition, the Chinese Nutrition Society proposed a food guide, which is vividly called the "4+1 Nutrition Pyramid" (i.e. "Nutrition Pyramid").
"4+1" means that the daily diet should include four categories: "grains and beans", "vegetables and fruits", "milk and dairy products", and "poultry, meat, fish and eggs" Food, based on these four categories of food, add "salt, oil, and sugar" appropriately.
