Milk ice-cream step by step details:
Ingredients (4 quantities): 1 box of Yili Nutritional Schmaltz Milk (250 ml), 1 large egg (yolks only), 20 grams of sugar (or more or less as appropriate), 12 grams of cornstarch, a tiny bit of salt, 2 drops of vanilla flavoring (can also be used without)
Steps:
1, Combine the cornstarch, sugar and salt in a saucepan and mix.
2. Pour the schmaltz into the pan slowly, bit by bit, stirring well as you pour.
3. Pour the egg yolks into the saucepan and mix well with the ingredients.
4. Heat the milk over medium heat, whisking as you go, and you'll soon see more boiling bubbles, so turn the heat down to a simmer, the lower the heat, the better.
5. Continue stirring for about 1 minute to make the milk mixture slightly thicker.
6. Then turn off the heat and pour in two drops of vanilla flavoring and stir well.
7. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for about 4 hours or longer.
8. To eat, rinse the popsicles with water with the molds attached, or let them sit at room temperature for a minute or two, and they will be easy to remove.
