Sixth, work arrangements

(a) the start-up phase (before June 12, 20xx)

VII. Participation rules

(a) Participants and requirements

(2) Participation materials

(C) Competition process

4. Contestants will sign in 30 minutes in advance and be disqualified if they are more than 15 minutes late. If the production process exceeds the time limit, points will be deducted as appropriate.

5. Contestants should prepare a written description of their work, including nutrition, main ingredients, auxiliary ingredients and seasoning information, and the production process.

6. The main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients prepared by the team can only be washed and cleaned beforehand, and cannot be cut beforehand and brought into the competition site, once found 20 points will be deducted.

7. The scores of the two players of the participating teams will be added together to determine the ranking of the competition according to the ranking of the group.

(F) scoring standards

The competition is scored according to the standard of each dish percentage system. Healthy eating quiz (15 points), chef explanation (20 points), dish production (color, aroma, taste, shape, texture) (40 points), nutritional content (10 points), the amount of oil and salt (10 points), operating table hygiene (5 points).

The competition jury consists of 5 people, 1 chef professional judge, 1 nutrition expert judge, 1 health expert judge, 2 general judges.
