Pork Liver Tofu Soup Ingredients
Pork liver a piece of tofu
Ginger moderate amount of chicken essence moderate amount
Salt moderate amount of green onion moderate amount
Pork Liver Tofu Soup Practice
Step 1
Pork liver into thin slices, sprinkle with the appropriate amount of pepper, pepper salt starch to catch evenly. Marinate for three to five minutes.

Tofu cut into cubes

When the oil in the pan is hot, pour in the tofu and fry for a while, almost lightly browned on it. (If you don't like tofu, add ginger and garlic and fry for a while and add water to boil)
Step 4
Add ginger and garlic and add boiling water. I like to add rice soup. So it looks a bit muddy.
Step 5
After the water boils for a minute or two, add the pork liver, which can be cooked and browned for about a minute. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper to taste and stir well.
Step 6
Packed into a large bowl and sprinkled with chopped green onion.
