Mimi is made with pudding powder haha, I think the texture is very delicate, don't have to sell outside poor ~!
A word of caution:
Mimi doesn't have professional tools or measuring cups. I'm not sure how many grams of pudding powder my sister bought me in a sachet, probably about 100-200g~
Mimi uses a larger amount of pudding powder, usually pouring half a sachet at a time.
1. Stir the pudding powder with cool water (do not use hot water), not too much water, it looks like the liquid is a little thick and slightly thin for good.
2. Boil water in a pot (Mimi doesn't usually put too much water in a bowl) and add the pudding mix. Pour and stir quickly. According to personal taste, you can add the right amount of sugar.
3. Turn on the heat, 10 seconds or so, the liquid in the pot boils. Turn off the heat.
4. Pour the liquid into a container and wait for it to solidify and set.
5. Mimi's tip: Once our pudding has basically cooled and set, you can put it in the freezer for a bit. The texture will be better!
6. It should be noted that: Mimi does not know how to buy the milk flavor pudding powder, Mimi bought obviously than the cappuccino flavor powder particles to be small, so that put a large amount, but also not very visible. Also not very good solidification, it is recommended to add a small amount of water on the line.
Just a few points, it's easy, right~
