At present, when the reform of grain enterprises is in full swing, state-owned grain buying and selling enterprises actively participate in the new round of enterprise reform in accordance with the requirements of their superiors. The status of grain workers has all been changed to full-time labor contract system, and the competition mechanism has been implemented. Through competitive recruitment, our library has 19 employees and 5 employees.
Second, strengthen team building and provide strong organizational guarantee.
First of all, under the leadership of the librarian, all the staff conscientiously study and implement the Party's "xx" spirit, and use advanced theories to guide all work. By running a blackboard newspaper, focusing on learning and writing experiences, employees' ideological consciousness and their own quality can be improved.
Secondly, establish a leading organization in time, improve the management system, define the division of labor, and implement the responsibility to people, so that everything is managed. And under the leadership of Comrade party member, it has really formed a good atmosphere of "wanting to develop, comparing contributions, improving quality and building image", which has effectively promoted the business development.
Three, earnestly do a good job in summer and autumn grain purchase and transportation.
Before the summer harvest, our warehouse should do a good job in warehousing in time, ensure the acquisition needs, and actively do a good job in the maintenance, measurement and testing of grain machinery. Vigorously publicize and implement the national grain purchase policy, use the blackboard newspaper to announce the purchase price, and let farmers sell "understand grain". During the acquisition process:
First, strictly implement the national grain purchase policy: open prices, open quality standards and open grain inspection; Fair measurement and quality pricing; Settle the price of wheat sold by farmers on time. Strictly control the purchase quality, unqualified grain is not allowed to be put into storage, and it can only be put into storage after the whole drying is qualified to ensure the purchase quality.
The second is to provide high-quality grain sales service for grain sellers: our library always takes the service concept of "endless demand and unlimited service" as its purpose. Provide farmers with tea and drying tools to facilitate farmers to sell grain, extend working hours and ensure that farmers who sell grain receive them as soon as they arrive.
Workers also take the initiative to help the elderly and frail grain sellers to load and unload grain and reduce their labor intensity. Before the acquisition, with the support of the company's leaders, the threshing floor in the hospital maintained a terrace of 6035+02m. It provides a spacious place for farmers to dry grain.
Autumn grain purchase should implement the post responsibility in time, and open the door early and close the door late. Farmers who sell grain will receive it as soon as they arrive, and they will pay the money when they receive it. They will never leave food for the night, nor will they give farmers IOUs. This year, the difficulty of grain management has further increased. Four, do a good job in "safe production" and "one operator and five nothing" granary work, to ensure that all stocks of grain and oil are foolproof.
To ensure the safety of grain reserves, our library has made unremitting efforts. This year's grain storage is the largest, with many varieties, and the pressure to ensure food security is great; Except that all wheat is stored in the warehouse, corn and oil sunflower are basically stored in the open air. In order to make all stored grain free from insects, mildew and loss in different seasons, we put food protection in the first place:
First, improve and refine the food security system; Conscientiously implement the "three views, seven measurements and half a month" detection system of grain situation, and implement the system of dealing with dangerous grain within a time limit. The responsible keeper is required to check the grain situation in the warehouse at least once every three days, and the inspector of the warehouse group checks it once every seven days, and samples the warehouse by warehouse to check the grain situation on the spot, and handle the problems in time when found.
Eliminate hidden dangers of grain storage in the bud and ensure that all grain storage is foolproof. This year, our library scored 95 points in the inspection of the granary of "one member with five noes" of the delegation.
Secondly, in May this year, with the strong support of the company leaders, our library changed all the lines in the warehouse to directly buried cables. Resolutely put an end to the phenomenon that safety facilities work in spite of illness.
In view of the fire control work, our library has established a general manager of fire control safety with the curator as the unit, and insists on learning fire control safety knowledge for all employees around the work priorities of different periods every month, and plans to conduct a fire drill once a year.
The purpose is to popularize the fire awareness of employees and enhance their sense of responsibility and collective concept through these necessary forms of education; Throughout the library, a fire safety system and operating rules have been formed that everyone abides by. Everyone cares about fire prevention, attaches importance to fire prevention and consciously does a good job in fire prevention.
Five, correctly treat the problems and shortcomings in the work.
Through the one-year inspection of the "one standard and five no" granary, it is found that there are still many problems in the keeper's account, card records and grain protection work in the later period: the keeper sometimes fails to record the grain situation in time after each inspection, so he misses or misrecords some problems when making up the records, which leads to the inconsistency between the grain situation inspected that day and the records.
However, custodians, especially wheat, have a long after-ripening period and are easy to be infected with pests in the later period of grain storage. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the temperature and humidity in time according to the temperature change of grain preservation period, and ventilate and cool the ground cage to kill insects, which has good effect; Food security can be guaranteed.
