1, the tofu is washed and diced, and each "well" shape is about nine small pieces.
2. Heat the pan and pour the oil into it. When the oil is hot, add the chopped stinky tofu and fry it in two batches. Stir-fry each batch for 2.3 minutes, drain the oil and put it out for use.
3. Pour the onion and ginger into the oil pan and stir-fry, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry, then pour in the fried stinky tofu.
4, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, no salt, the bean paste is already salty, two teaspoons of sugar, the right amount of water (soaked in stinky tofu), boil over high heat, and then turn to low heat.
