Preparation materials: 4 dry sea cucumber, appropriate amount of purified water.
1, first pour dry sea cucumber into purified water to thaw and soak for 48 hours, as shown in the following figure:
2. Take out the sea cucumber and cut it from the mouth along the belly, as shown in the following figure:
3. Wash the sediment from the sea cucumber belly and remove the tendons from the sea cucumber belly, as shown in the following figure:
4. Cut off the teeth and mouth of the sea cucumber and discard it, as shown in the following figure:
5. Put purified water and washed sea cucumber in the pot, as shown in the following figure:
6. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and cook the sea cucumber for half an hour, as shown in the following figure:
7. After half an hour, turn off the fire and stew the sea cucumber for 2 hours, as shown in the following figure:
After 8 or 2 hours, take out the sea cucumber and soak it in purified water for 48 hours, as shown in the following figure:
9. Just soak the sea cucumber, as shown in the following figure:
