Can dandelion root be used to make soup?
Dandelion roots can be used to make soup. Dry dandelion in the sun, and then cook it with some medlar, angelica and ginseng. Spring is the season when dandelion can be eaten. Medicine and food are homologous. Proper consumption of dandelion can prevent influenza and has a good auxiliary treatment effect on colds and coughs. My husband and I deliberately ran a long way to dig dandelion, and made soup with it. It was light soup and tasted good, because it was a tender seedling of dandelion, with only a clear fragrance and no medicinal taste.
The practice of dandelion soup
