Steps
1. Peel the shells, remove the threads and cut them into large pieces.
2. Chop green onion and ginger. Note:The green onion used here is large, because there is no on hand, of course, small onion flavor.
3. Add chopped green onion and ginger, salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, soy sauce and an egg to the minced meat. Note: There are 400 grams of minced pork here, but I only used 180 grams for the shrimp dumpling filling today, and used the rest for other purposes.
