How to make home-cooked dough soup is more delicious?
Dough soup, both my mother and I love it. It is not difficult to do this. You can adjust the materials according to the seasonal ingredients, or you can adjust the size of the pimple according to the individual's mouth. If you want to eat something that tastes good, stir it into large pieces, like old people and children, and make it into small particles that are similar to paste.

Today, I share two kinds of dough soup with different tastes.

Tomato and egg dough drop soup

Ingredients: two tomatoes, flour150g, appropriate amount of water, a little vegetable oil, a little salt, two eggs and a little chopped green onion.

Production process:

1. Put the flour into the bowl; Stir with chopsticks while pouring cold water until the batter is sticky but dripping, and then put it aside to let the flour fully absorb water;

2. Clean the tomatoes, draw a cross knife at the top, not too deep, just break the skin and draw it all the way to the pedicle;

3. After the water in the pot is boiled, pour the tomatoes into the pot, roll them in boiling water for 20 seconds and then take them out;

4. Starting from the cross knife, peel off the tomato skin easily; Cut into small dices; If you don't care about the tomato skin, the above steps can be omitted;

5. Cool the oil in a hot pot, pour in the tomatoes and stir-fry the soup;

6. Add salt according to taste; Pour a proper amount of boiling water;

7. After the water boils, use chopsticks to pick the batter into the pot. If you want to eat a small pimple, stir it while pouring. If you want to eat a big pimple, just pick it into the pot and don't move it.

8. Look, the soup is basically completed, and the size and particles are very uniform;

9. Beat two eggs into the noodle bowl just now, break them up, and then turn around and pour them into the pot; Stir a few times, the egg blossoms float, turn off the fire, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with chopped green onion and eat!

Tips:

1.

Don't add all the water in the flour at once, add it while stirring. The amount of water can be adjusted according to personal taste requirements. If you want to eat something soft, you can add more water and pick it up to be thick and dripping. If you want to eat hard bumps, add less water, and the batter will not drip when picked up, showing a lump shape;

2. Tomatoes can also be replaced by seasonal vegetables, and vegetables and shrimps can be made into soup;

3. The water for cooking dough soup is also adjusted according to personal taste, more or less, thick or thin.
