The process of cake framing is as follows (take fruit framing as an example):
First take a cake embryo with a good surface, first paste a circle of kiwi slices on the bottom of the side of the cake embryo, leave a distance of 5-6cm between each piece, take a round serrated flower nozzle after pasting and make an arc along the upper edge of the kiwi slices.
Then cover the edge of the fruit piece, the arc should be smooth and consistent size, the cream between each piece of fruit should not be disconnected phenomenon, to make the pattern as smooth and neat as possible.
Then use a round serrated nozzle on the top of the cake embryo to make the ray decorations with a straight pulling technique, and then when pulling a straight line, remember that the nozzle should be overhanging to pull the line, so that the straight line can be pulled out very straight.
Finally, the top is decorated with rays, so it is easier to find the center of gravity to place the main body.
