The steps of pork ribs and laver soup are as follows:
Preparation materials: 250g ribs, 200g kelp, 0/50g soybean/kloc, 3g salt.
1. Prepare materials and soak soybeans and kelp for more than 1 hour, as shown in the following figure:
2. The ribs are marinated with salt and corn starch, as shown below:
3. Put kelp and soybeans into the soup pot, as shown in the following figure:
4. Use the "5" position of the electric hot pot to boil, as shown in the following figure:
5. Cook the soybean seaweed soup with the maximum firepower of the electric hot pot, as shown below:
6. After boiling, adjust it to "1" and cook the soup with a small torch for 15 minutes, as shown in the following figure:
7. Put down the marinated ribs and continue to cook on low heat, as shown below:
8. When the soybean becomes soft, turn off the power supply, as shown in the following figure:
