Methods for steaming crabs
Lay the crabs on a plate back side down, sprinkle the salt, MSG, and minced ginger evenly on top of the crabs. Boil water and steam over high heat for 5 minutes, then change to low heat for 10 minutes. (Because the crab is to eat rotten things, so to steam for 15 minutes in order to be more completely sterilized)
In the steaming crab mix dipping crab juice, I usually water blended vinegar, add 2, 3 drops of seafood soy sauce (ordinary soy sauce can also be). Then squeeze some ginger juice and garlic juice into it.
Steamed lake crabs
Raw materials: lake crabs, ginger.

Practice:
