Method

First add cold water to the pot and turn on high heat

Put it on the plate Pour in cold water, put the quick-frozen dumplings on the plate one by one, flip the dumplings and dip them evenly into the cold water

When small bubbles appear in the cooking pot, add the dumplings one by one and use them gently. Stir with chopsticks to prevent the dumplings from sticking to the pan. When the dumplings are full, cover the pot (but before the dumplings float, you still need to lift the lid and push it once or twice with the pot)

When the dumplings are boiling, pour half a bowl of cold water and cover the pot. When it boils again, pour half a bowl of cold water and cover the pot.

When the water boils again, open the lid and continue cooking for half a minute, and the dumplings are ready. The dumplings cooked in this way will be intact.
